Lulu joined the Clan Trust as Secretary in 2025 taking over from her predecessor Henry Harrison.

Born and raised on rural Exmoor, Lulu trained at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and then an international firm as a rural surveyor and agricultural valuer, before moving to Brown&Co in 2016. She advises a range of farming and landed clients, predominantly in Norfolk, focussing on Landlord & Tenant advice, valuation, banking applications, and strategic farm/estate planning and management.

Alongside her land agency work, Lulu is an active partner in a mixed farming business in West Norfolk with her husband. Her upbringing, professional advisory role and family farming responsibilities drive her desire to support and promote agricultural business development and wellbeing within local rural communities.
